What’s in store…

Regional Masters Expo

9am – 4pm

Taste the goods and meet the makers in a festival atmosphere, with exhibitors stationed throughout the venue providing tasty samples, along with product information. Take advantage of the opportunity to buy specialty items directly from the producers.

Master classes

9.30am – 4.30pm

Deepen your understanding and appreciation of artisan produce at these ticketed sessions hosted by exhibitors. Master classes have limited capacity and therefore provide an opportunity for deep engagement and first hand product experience in an intimate setting.

Cooking demonstrations

10am – 4pm

Enjoy the spectacle and be inspired as exhibitor products are brought to life or reinterpreted by local chefs.

Roman Banquet

7pm – 9pm

Ticketed evening gala meal. Our evening meal is presented as a mosaic of foodie delights in which exhibitors showcase their produce as it would be presented as part of a Roman Banquet.

Exhibitor proposition…

Boost your brand

The Regional Masters Expo delivers a captivating and valuable customer engagement opportunity, leading to growth in brand awareness and market share. Get people talking about your product…after all word of mouth recommendations are the most powerful promotional mechanism and people both remember and talk about great events they have attended. The Expo offers a friendly and inviting forum for two-way engagement between visitors and exhibitors, resulting in an enlarged customer-base. Host a master class to improve customers’ product knowledge and strengthened brand allegiance.

Convert sales

Sell directly to an engaged audience comprising local foodies and representatives of the hospitality and food retail industries. Our last event attracted around 1,800 visitors. Bring your publicity materials and special offers to reinforce the positive experience of tasting your products during the Expo and Banquet.

Exhibit for free

There is no exhibitor fee and product sales are encouraged throughout the daytime programme. The Regional Masters Expo has limited spaces for exhibitors, guaranteeing a high turnover of visitors per stall. Provision of product samples for the Expo, Master Classes and Roman Banquet ensures cost-effective promotion and a memorable experience for customers, while supporting The Gallery Foundation’s fundraising objective.
