The Long Lunch is an unmatched foodie experience reflecting the true character of this food-producing region.

Two of the Clarence Valley’s most inspiring chefs, Zac Roberts🇦🇺👨‍🍳 of Karrikin and Charly Prétet🇫🇷👨‍🍳 of The French Pan Tree, have designed a meal to remember using the best produce the Clarence has to offer.

What’s included…

Experience a Sunday lunch like no other*. Over six courses, our guest chefs present a showcase of all the best food grown in the Clarence Valley, including produce from recent Business Award Winners Mirrabooka Pork 🐷🥓, fruit and veg from Causley Fresh 🍎🥗🥑, seafood from Clarence River Fishermen’s Co-operative 🦐🐟 and a long list of local growers and small food enterprises.

Since the Clarence is not a wine-producing region, we have selected exquisite wines from the Granite Belt including Robert Channon Wines, Heritage Estate Wine, Symphony Hill Wines and Ballandean Wines 🍇🍷. Coopers Brewery will be running our licensed bar, featuring their current Vintage Ale and the recently-released XPA on tap🍺. All guests receive a glass of bubbly 🥂 on arrival and wine with selected courses.

Plus we have some spectacular raffle prizes up our sleeve, including a weekend for two at the luxury Angourie Resort. As for the auction, we’re offering a week in an Italian villa 🇮🇹 with a $500 flight voucher provided by Grafton Travel. ✈️

*Dietary information

The Long Lunch showcases all types of food from the Clarence in a one-off menu. All the dishes are gluten free, except for one side dish and a GF version can be served if you alert us in advance. Furthermore, there is a vegetarian main course available to replace the pork dish at the heart of this meal - again, let us know at the time of your booking so we can cater for your dietary needs.🙏✅

Robert Channon Wines and Heritage Estate Wines will be offering tasting samples and sales. Cooper’s Brewery will be presenting their new XPA alongside their Vintage Ale, plus for the first time, taste beer from the Clarence Valley newest craft brewery Sanctus!
