Exhibitor application form

Please read and confirm you and your business can adhere to the following requirements:

  • Arrive at 7am ready to set up

  • Be available all day to 11pm

  • Supply product tasting samples to the general admission 9:30am to 4pm

  • Bring stock to sell

  • Participate in master classes and/or cooking demonstrations

  • Supply an entrée-sized plated dish to 125 people at the Roman Banquet 6:30pm – 11pm

  • Staff in uniform or dressed in the company style

  • Complete food safety registration with Clarence Valley Council and meet all operational food safety requirements

  • Bring and create a stand that is dressed to impress

  • Provide product(s) and marketing materials for hamper fundraising raffles

Public Liability Insurance *
I have a current Public Liability Insurance policy for claims up to at least $10million. Exhibitors are required to submit a copy of their Certificate of Currency to the Event Manager prior to attending the Expo.
