The Clarence Valley is best known for its beautiful beaches and green valleys. However, it is also a place of abundant food production; from beef, fish and seafood, to salad greens, pecans, pumpkins, melons, tomatoes and strawberries.
Since 2008 The Gallery Foundation has been exploring our local produce, and the cuisine our local chefs develop from that produce, through our innovative food festival Gate to Plate.
And in 2013, it's all on again!!
